LAUREN BROCK IN ISSUE #9

We know that you must know who she is if you have instagram or if you read tattoo magazines, she has been getting her name out there & now it’s our time to get her on the cover of our magazine!! We had loads of fun shooting and chilling with Lauren at the new Paperchasers Ink office/studio. We chat with her about how she got started on the tattoo road and modelling and more.

There are so many cool things to talk to you about lol, Let's start with your tattoos, at what point did you decide to go in and get inked up like you have? I always knew I was going to be fully covered, as I was always fascinated with tattoos from very young. When I got my first tattoo I was already planning the next! lol

What was it about tattoos that fascinated you? I just liked the way they looked and it was really fascinating how people expressed themselves through art.

When choosing your tattoos how did you go about picking what to get and do they all have meaning?

It's a bit of both really, obviously I have some tattoos for my family, I've got my mothers name across the top of my knee and my sons portrait on me and his name a few times over my body. My back piece I chose because it is obviously something I'm into. But with my arms it was a look I was going for, I wanted the sleeves. Which I kind of regret now but I had that done when I was young. I didn't really know much about tattoos and I didn't really see many tattooed people because I'm from a very small town. I didn’t really know anything about tattoo conventions, all I knew was what I had seen in the magazines really. I've been covering them up now, I have a blackout sleeve with scarification, which means nothing to me I just love the way it looks symmetrical
